1. ???? Our Mission
At Sunny Chakraborty Photography, our mission is to preserve timeless memories through artistic and emotion-driven photography and films. We are committed to delivering exceptional service, storytelling visuals, and professional experiences that respect every tradition and moment.
2. ???? Client Relationship Policy
We treat every client with respect, transparency, and integrity.
All communication (verbal or written) is considered official and documented.
Once a booking is confirmed, we maintain continuous communication regarding shoot plans, schedules, and deliverables.
3. ???? Booking Policy
Bookings are confirmed only after advance payment (minimum 30%).
We offer customized packages based on event type, shoot duration, travel, and editing requirements.
Tentative date blocking is valid only for 48 hours, after which the slot may be released without confirmation.
4. ???? Payment Policy
30% – Booking Confirmation
40% – On/Before Event Day
30% – Upon Delivery of Final Edits
Payment modes accepted: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer, Cheque (with clearance), and Online Wallets.
5. ✂️ Editing & Delivery Policy
Delivery timeline:
Pre-wedding edits: 3–4 weeks
Wedding highlights: 4–6 weeks
Albums: 6–8 weeks after final selection
1 round of revision is included for video and photo edits. Further changes may incur additional charges.
Final product formats include: USB drives, online links, printed albums, framed enlargements, etc.
6. ???? Travel Policy (For Outstation/Destination Events)
The client must arrange or reimburse:
Travel (AC train/flight)
Local transport (cab, pickup)
Stay (minimum 2-star accommodation)
Meals
Early morning or overnight bookings require one-night extra accommodation.
7. ???? Raw Files Policy
RAW files are not shared by default, to maintain creative consistency.
Can be provided on request at extra cost and will not include any rights for commercial redistribution.
8. ????️ Privacy & Data Policy
We respect client privacy and will not publish any personal content without verbal/written consent.
However, unless privacy is requested in writing, we reserve the right to use selected images/videos for our:
Website
Portfolio
Social media
Competitions or publications
9. ???? Cancellation & Refund Policy
Advance is non-refundable.
Cancellations made:
30+ days prior: Amount may be adjusted for future booking
15–30 days prior: 50% retention of advance
Less than 15 days: 100% retention of advance
If we are unable to deliver due to illness, accidents, or emergencies, we offer full refund or rescheduling.
10. ⚖️ Code of Conduct
Our team will maintain professional behavior, dress code, and punctuality.
Any misconduct by guests that obstructs our work may be documented and reported.
We request no parallel photographers unless pre-approved, to avoid disturbance during key moments.
11. ☁️ Storage & Backup Policy
Final project files will be stored for 60 days after delivery. Clients are requested to back up their photos and videos immediately upon receipt.
Retrieval after 60 days may not be guaranteed or may carry restoration charges (if archived).
12. ???? Force Majeure Policy
In case of events like natural disasters, strikes, health pandemics, curfews, or other uncontrollable situations, we may reschedule or cancel with mutual consent.
✅ Agreement
By hiring Sunny Chakraborty Photography, the client agrees to abide by all company policies mentioned above. A digital or verbal confirmation is considered legally binding for policy acceptance.
